5. What have you done to make your existing job/environment better? Have you spoken with your boss or HR? Yes/Did not help (skip to 6), No - Talk to your boss, HR or someone that you can confide in.
6. Are you confident that you wouldn’t feel differently working in a similar role in a different part of the company?
7. Do you think you might feel differently working in a similar role but with an alternative team or manager?
8. Do you think you would feel differently working in a similar role in a different company?
9. Do you know that you want to do something different to the role you have had?
